Prior to a consulting engagement, Aspire Consulting performs a thorough preliminary assessment to determine the needs of the client. We then analyze those needs, provide our recommendations, and propose an Aspire consulting team to achieve results. With goals established and a team in place, our consultants and clients create results using our A4 Model™, an action learning model based on assessment and development of a strategic plan, taking action, achieving and measuring results, and then anchoring plans and establishing processes to sustain the outcomes.
