We draw from successful past accomplishments assisting institutions such as Stanford University, University of California (multiple campuses, as well as the Office of the President), City and County of San Francisco, Kaiser Permanente, Wikimedia Foundation, LPL Financial, Gap, Inc., Blood Centers of the Pacific, and the American Society of Pediatrics, in addition to many others. We can deliver results in change management, leadership development, strategic planning, conflict resolution, and team effectiveness. We assist organizations in identifying their change goals, and then mobilize your players using specific steps, with the experience to help you deliver on those goals and achieve results that will create sustainable success for your organization.
Tom founded Aspire Consulting in 1992. From its inception, he has been the guiding force behind Aspire Consulting's vision to create a more humane workforce. He believes that optimal results occur when organizational and individual goals are simultaneously met. Tom and his consulting team bring outstanding executive coaching, change leadership, facilitation, and consulting skills to help serve their clients' leadership development, strategic planning, and change management needs. Efforts include strengthening teamwork and resolving interpersonal discord.
Tom earned his Master in Organization Development from the University of San Francisco, and his Bachelor of Science in Political Science from Gonzaga University.
Sue Haber Vaccaro has over 25 years of experience in government and community relations, media, strategic planning, and change management. Sue's career has spanned radio, the movie industry, and local network television, followed by congressional district representation, public affairs leadership, and State of California government relations. Most recently, Sue directed government affairs for the California region of a major television and entertainment conglomerate.
Sue earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Berkeley.
Rene has over 10 years of expertise working in the digital analytics space. He helped build and manage a digital analytics organization for a major telecommunications corporation. He also has extensive experience working as a business systems analyst, project manager, and optimization analyst both in the United States and abroad.
Rene earned a Bachelor of Science from the University of California, Irvine.
Leigh-Anna Rubio has over ten years of experience in operational and strategic leadership within complex systems and environments. She has a proven track record in leading multi-disciplinary teams through significant, dynamic change in crisis and transition. Her work includes group facilitation and negotiation involving executive leaders, professional staff, organized labor leadership and represented staff.
Her career includes experience in health care, social services, and community development.
Leigh-Anna earned her Masters in Public Health from Drexel University, and her Bachelor of Science in Health Science Studies at Quinnipiac University.
Toni is a strategist, facilitator and team builder. She has built three businesses from the ground up by employing her passion for helping clients build robust strategies. She is also adept at helping teams and systems in a variety of service capacities, and does so by leveraging not only lessons learned along the way, but also common sense and a joyful approach.
Toni earned her Bachelor in Liberal Studies from Loyola Marymount University in Los Angeles.
Janet is a skilled data analyst, editor, and client service professional. With experience, enthusiasm, and attention to detail, she is the force that helps maintain Aspire Consulting's personal feel. Whether it's polishing our publications, coordinating our client interactions, or helping our consultants to best serve our clients, Janet strives for excellence in all she does and takes great pride in going above and beyond to ensure our clients receive the best service possible.
Janet earned her Bachelor of Arts in Communications, with a concentration in public relations, from the University of Washington.
